Visa fee varies depending on your nationality and is paid directly to the customs office at the first entrance airport upon obtaining your visa stamped. In some case, the letter of authorization code is needed to obtain Vietnam visas, which is free (For Single Entry visa 1 month) if there’s a minimum booking of 3 nights for hotels in Vietnam. If the booking is for fewer nights there is an additional cost of 50 usd per pax to be paid directly to CIAOVIET beside visa fee.

Children under 2 years sharing the same bed as their parents free of charge. In case of extra bed in the same room as their adult a lump sum which varies from case to case.

Additional bed for from 1 to 3 years old 60% reduction in the cost of services on the ground.

Additional bed for from 4 to 12 years old reduction of 20% of the cost of services on the ground

Vietnam weather is tropical, composed of by two seasons: The dry and the rainy.  While the dry lasts from Apr to Aug with temperature averaging 32oC- 38oC, the rainy Sep to Mar with temperature varying from 8 oC to 18 oC in the North and 20 oC to 30oC

Peak season: quote valid from 01 Oct 2016 to 30 Apr 2017 EXCEPT for  * Christmas & New Year(  24 Dec – 05 Jan ) and  Vietnam Lunar New Year ( updated for you upon booking.

Supplement car rental

Supplement tour guide fee on Lunar New Year holidays varying every year, which will be updated right away for requests falling in Jan- Feb months.  The supplement for tour guides at this period: USD 40 / day / group

Transfer fees increase 30% of total transfer fee for whole tour if falling on this period.

Your and/ or Ciaoviet confirmation on your booking takes effect only after you paid deposit to Ciaoviet. Before that, changes and variations are assumed to be with your program subject to hotel rooms and/ or air fares and/ or cruise... availability.

Ciaoviet ececution of your tour program is subject to variations due to internal flights, hotels, road conditions and natural disasters.

The order of visits and excursions in each location may be subject to change for reasons of contingent opportunities, depending on aircraft operating or other factors, without affecting the peculiarities of the trip.

Domestic flights may be subject to schedule changes or cancellations sometimes without prior notice.

For operational issues or those beyond the itinerary and hotels may vary.

Deposit is suggested to be paid 01 week after your booking is confirmed. Remaining 50% must be paid off 01 month prior to your tour start.
