[Infographic] Visa exemption for citizens of Poland, Czech Republic and Switzerland

The Hoa Lac-Hoa Binh BOT project was carried out at a total investment of nearly 2898 billions dong ($131.2 million) and according to Minister of Transport Nguyen Van The, this project will make significant contributions to socio-economic development in Hanoi and the provinces of Hoa Binh

Head project Nguyen Dang Giap said that besides helping to shorten the distance between Hanoi and Hoa Binh by some 20km, the road will also serve as an important driver for socio-economic development in the northwestern region.

In practice this road will shorten the jurney from Hanoi to Hoa Binh to only 50 minutes as well as travelling time from Hanoi to Mai Chau from 3h30 minutes to only 2h30 minutes.

Travelers will have another choice to make day trip to Mai Chau and certainly have more time to enjoy the trip to Mai Chau and Mai Hich

HOW TO GET THERE?

There are many means of Vietnamese local transportation. The cars are available when you need.

The boats are also available. It is worth to visit Thoi Son island (Thoi Sơn). It takes a few minutes from Jardin Du Mekong to the boat jetties.

We can call a metered taxi to pick you up, just let us know when you leave and where you want to go. No need to haggle, taxis here rely on the metro. We can also arrange a reliable motorcycle taxi if you are traveling alone and lightly

From the hustle and moped-filled and zig zig back streets of Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City, to the spectacular hill station and rice terraces in Sapa, beach front in Hoi An, to kayak and water adventures in Ha Long Bay and the mighty Mekong river–each day was a day you did not want to end.

The food, hotels and sightseeing were all top notch and provided great value for every dollar. Indochina was less expensive than two other companies we checked out for an essentially identical itinerary. I was so impressed, I plan to return soon and see those places I did not see in my 16 days and Lam suggested us to visit Far North East to see another wonderful rice terraces in Ha Giang, Mai Chau, biggest Vietnamese natural lake of Ba Be, Ban Gioc water fall in Cao Bang and marvelous hill tribal markets like Lung Phin, Dong Van….
